lemon tart

I made another birthday baking request recently. This is a lemon tart I made for my buddy.



It's on a graham cracker crust by request, and filled with ricotta, flavoured with squeezed lemon juice and sugar, then topped with lemon zest and slivered almonds. The mandelbrot on the side is a lemon zest and chopped almond creation. Goes really well with iced coffee.
