This sandwich came about from Brendan's request for chicken and pineapple together. A previous take on this amazing combination here.

pan toasted buttered whole grain bread
roast dark meat chicken with skin
swiss
pineapple
Italian parsley
olive oil fried garlic
grainy mustard and Ontario creamed wildflower honey
black pepper

Verdict:
Way good call, but probably could have used some red chili instead of honey mustard.
